While closed-captions are displayed on-screen in much the same way across different media formats, the type of caption file required often varies from one editing/authoring system to another (say from AVID to Adobe Premiere to FinalCut Pro). If you already have a caption/subtitle file in format-A but now you need the same file in format-B, don’t re-invent the wheel, let us convert the file for you! Please Keep in Mind
Because we put quality and accuracy above all else, this process is not instantaneous. Not only do we convert your file for you, but we inspect/check the converted file for errors. We also make sure the converted file references the same starting timecode as the source file to ensure proper caption sync. See “Why are my captions out-of-sync?” under our FAQ section. File conversions are usually turned around in 24 hours or less.
